The Digital Communities Wales (DCW) programme facilitates and co-ordinates digital inclusion activity with partner organisations across the public, private and third sectors in Wales, with the aim to reduce digital exclusion and help meet the policy goals in the Digital Inclusion Framework and Delivery Plan.
The aim of the evaluation by OB3 was to identify the emerging effects of the programme, including its structural form and operational practice as well as its effectiveness and efficiency.
