OB3 has been appointed to undertake an evaluation of the Launch Pad project by Rathbone Cymru. The project, funded via the Big Lottery Fund’s People and Places programme worked with young people aged between 11 and 25 years old in Carmarthenshire, with a focus on preventing those who are at risk of becoming NEET, by providing support and training opportunities, mainly via out-reach community based and school-based activity.
The evaluation will assess the effectiveness and impacts of the Launch Pad project using a range of methodological approaches including fieldwork with staff, stakeholders and beneficiaries.
