OB3 has been appointed to undertake an evaluation of the Digital Communities Wales (DCW) Programme by the Welsh Government.
The aim of the evaluation is to draw conclusions on the emerging effects of the DCW Programme and the OB3 team will be gathering evidence about how the Programme is performing, how efficiently and effectively it is being delivered, what difference it is making and whether any improvements might be made.
The evaluation work programme will be undertaken over the summer and will include interviews with key stakeholders, partner organisations and beneficiaries with a detailed report due in November 2016.
