OB3 is currently evaluating Dyfed Powys Police's career development scheme - 'Llywio' which is aimed at identifying and nurturing the careers of police officers and staff showing high potential via personal development opportunities. The scheme includes coaching and mentoring, bespoke personal development plans and training. Nia Bryer from OB3 is leading on the research work which has involved desk based research and a series of qualitative interviews and informal focus groups.
