Arad and OB3 Research have been commissioned by the Welsh Government to undertake an evaluation of ‘More than just words’ - the follow on strategic framework to strengthen Welsh language provision in health, social services and social care. The evaluation will produce a working theory of change and assess the effectiveness of the active offer and delivery of Welsh language services in health and care.
