Seren is a network of regional hubs designed to support Wales' brightest sixth formers achieve their academic potential and gain access to leading universities. OB3 was commissioned to undertake a formative and process evaluation of the Seren Network to inform decisions about the criteria for young people's participation, and the design and delivery of the programme at national and local levels.
