OB3 support Hatch Regeneris to evaluate two key property development funding programmes

The Welsh Government has commissioned Hatch Regeneris in partnership with OB3 to conduct an evaluation of the Property Infrastructure Fund (PIF) and Property Business Development Grant (PBDG) Programmes. The Programmes are joint Welsh Government and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded operations and are similar in nature, aiming to provide high quality business premises either through new speculative development or refurbishment of existing stock.
The overall aim of the contract is to provide a joint process and impact evaluation of the Programmes.
