Heledd joined OB3 in 2015 and heads up our Cardiff base. She provides research, evaluation and advisory expertise across a range of policy areas for OB3 including education, employment and health.
Heledd previously worked as a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management, specialising in organisational behaviour, and was one of the first academic appointments of the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol. Heledd was a member of the Academic Board, chaired the all-Wales Business and Management panel and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Heledd was a Policy Adviser for the Welsh Local Government Association for six years providing policy advice and representing local government on leisure, culture, tourism and language related strategic developments in Wales.
Heledd has a first class degree in Welsh, and a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Aberystwyth University.
