Evaluation report of Business Wales by OB3 is published

OB3 Research was appointed by WEFO to prepare a final evaluation report of the Customer Engagement (CE) and New Business Start Up Support projects. The report has now been published and can be found here.

The Customer Engagement project aimed to provide business support customer service to all businesses in Wales, whilst the New Business Start Up support project provided start-up support to individuals who were considering establishing a new business or had established a business in the past 12 months. The Business Wales service is part funded by European Structural Funds. The evaluation aimed to evaluate the net impact of the CE and NBSS projects against the key performance indicators.
