OB3 Research in conjunction with EffectusHR has been commissioned by the National Centre for Learning Welsh to prepare a Workforce Development Plan for the Learning Welsh sector.
The research will collect information about and seek the views of the current workforce in order to produce a workforce development plan to support the sector as it responds to future requirements.
The research includes collecting and analysing data and information about the current workforce, interviews with the eleven providers across Wales and a comprehensive survey of the sector's workforce, culminating in a workshop which will present the emerging findings.
We look forward to conducting the research over the coming months and to working with the Learning Welsh providers across Wales.
