OB3 to review local authority commissioning arrangements for EOTAS

The Welsh Government has appointed OB3 Research to undertake a review of local authority commissioning arrangements for education otherwise than at school (EOTAS). The review aims to gather evidence from each of the 22 local authorities in Wales and will identify existing models, their practices and quality assurance/quality control processes. It will also look at the commissioning and delivery of external provision, assessing the merits and drawbacks of current processes. The review will make recommendations for a national best practice model.
